Blow molding:The tubular plastic billet obtained by extrusion or injection molding of thermoplastic resin is placed in the fold-open mold while it is hot (or heated to the softening state). After the mold is closed, compressed air is immediately injected into the billet to make the plastic billet blow up and stick to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and stripping, all kinds of hollow products are obtained.Most of our plastic toys, furniture and some plastic accessories are made by blow molding process.
